How we report status
The summary above is the operator-curated overview of the platform's components. For real-time uptime probes, response-time graphs, full incident history, and email/SMS incident subscriptions, use the live status page linked above — it is updated automatically by our monitoring service.
- For real-time issue reports during an incident, contact [email protected].
- Our target availability is 99% monthly for the web application and the license-validation API (see Terms of Service §14).
- The custom visual includes a 7-day offline grace period: if our validation API is unreachable, the last known-good license decision is cached so deployed reports keep rendering for up to 7 days.
